2. CDL Training Services
2.1 Corporate Training Packages
We offer various CDL training packages tailored for businesses. Package details, including pricing, inclusions, and validity periods, are outlined on our Website.
2.2 Booking & Payments
- Payment Terms: Full or partial payment (as specified) is required to confirm your CDL training booking.
- Non-Refundable Fees: The $5,000 membership support & processing fee for new companies is non-refundable.
- Additional Costs: Companies are responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations (3 days per trainee), and a $50 per day per diem.
2.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the training date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling Requests: We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.
3. Payment & Security
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
3.2 Refunds & Chargebacks
- Training fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Chargebacks and unauthorized disputes may result in suspension of services.
3.3 Payment Security
